Oregon’s top prison doc arrested for DUII

The top doctor for the Oregon Department of Corrections is facing charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Bend resident Christopher Peter DiGiulio, 52, clinical director for the Department of Corrections, was arrested on Dec. 2 for investigation of DUII and for refusing to take a breath test for alcohol — both misdemeanors.
