As taypayers we are not interested in the County making a four wheeling recreation area. Since they are running out of money why not plant it and grow trees that generate income. They should be taking care of the parks they have, far more people use parks than jeeps.

As a neighbor and proponent of the OHV park, Mr. Osborne should recuse himself with any and all actions related to the Lookingglass OHV Park.

This is ridiculous. The vast majority of the landowners surrounding the OHV park are vehemently opposed to it, yet the commissioners (two of whom I understand are OHV'rs) still push for it. The soils are clearly unstable, yet the commissioners still push for it. Then they appoint the proposal's biggest proponent to the committee who'll decide the proposal's fate. Disgusting. Cronyism is an understatement.

The commissioners need to find an appropriate location for the OHV park. The proposed location at the former transfer site is NOT an appropriate place for such a park.

You're right, but you must approve of our commissioners. All of us approve of them, otherwise someone would be opposing them in the coming election cycle.
