The U.S. government said Thursday that Russian hackers have targeted state and local governments ahead of the November election, stealing data from two servers.

On Wednesday, federal officials announced that Iran was sending intimidating emails to American voters.

Oregon's secretary of state's office says it is not aware of any of those threatening emails being sent to Oregon voters and says, "There have been no impacts on the integrity of our election, which remains secure."

A spokesperson also said, "We encourage all Oregonians to beware of misinformation and other actions designed to sow discord and create doubt about the integrity of the election."
