Independent journalist and homeless advocate Kevin Dahlgren shows what it is like to go under a Portland underpass where homeless have taken over.  It is unreal.

I walked through the sketchiest pedestrian underpass I have ever seen. Every inch of the ground was covered in broken tile or trash. In the middle was a man talking to himself. pic.twitter.com/7myn7wmj6L
